In preparation for the Physical Friday, May 21, 2021, from 4-7 p.m. below is an online consent form link for you to share with you athletes.
On Physical day all athletes participating in the free physicals will enter through Door#18 for screening and will move to the stations in gym (weight/height, blood pressure, eye screening, physical exam located in ROTC area).
