To begin the withdrawal process, please fill out the form below. This form should be completed by the enrolling parent/guardian ONLY.
The withdrawal process requires a minimum of 24 hours for processing. Due to the time of the year, the process may take up to 3 days. You will receive an email with a link to set an appointment.
**WITHDRAWALS REQUIRE AN APPOINTMENT**
PLEASE, DO NOT COME TO THE SCHOOL UNTIL AN APPOINTMENT HAS BEEN SET. We process by appointment only.
A Photo ID of the parent/guardian who enrolled the student must be provided in person at the school. Records will only be released to the authorized parent/guardian.
Bring all school property to the withdrawal appointment. This includes, but is not limited to: student laptop, laptop bag and charger; textbooks, library books, and ROTC uniform (if applicable).
