Mr. Bob Bradley

10th-12th (G-N) Discipline  

Mr. Bradley is in his 23rd year at Heritage High School and in his 35th year in education.  He received his Bachelor's Degree and Masters from the University of Georgia and his Specialist Degree from Lincoln Memorial University.  His wife of 30 years, Mary Ann, works for Rockdale County Schools and all three of his children have attended Rockdale County Schools.  He oversees the Social Studies, CTAE, and PE Departments.   


Ms. Heather Hausser

10th-12th (O-Z) Discipline 

Heather Hausser is a native of Jamestown, Ohio. She earned a BS in Middle Grades Education from Mercer University. She also did all of her graduate work in Educational Leadership at Mercer University. This is the start of her 27th year in education and her 6th year as an Assistant Principal at Heritage High School in Conyers, Ga.  She has a background in Social Studies, Language Arts and Special Education.  As an assistant principal, she is committed to listening, continuous learning and supporting the staff and students to reach their fullest potential.  She is responsible for discipline 10-12 grade O-Z, the Special Education department, Science Department and Partners in Education.   

She  is “mom” to two fur babies, Duke and Lucy. Her favorite seasons are college football and March Madness.                                    

Mrs. Katrina Overstreet
10th-12th (A-F) Discipline 

Mrs. Overstreet was born and raised in Pompano Beach, Florida. She attended Florida State University where she earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Mathematics Education (2002).  After graduation, Mrs. Overstreet moved to the Atlanta area and began her teaching career in the Fulton County School district (North Springs High School & Westlake High School). She joined the Rockdale County School district in 2010 as a math teacher at Salem High School. 

Mrs. Overstreet, entering her 17th year in education, has served as a high school math teacher, Mathematics Department Chair, Secondary Academic Mathematics Coach, and now Assistant Principal. She earned her Masters of Education in Secondary Mathematics Education (2012) and her Specialist’s degree in Educational Leadership (2015) from Mercer University. Mrs. Overstreet is excited to begin her 4th year at Heritage. Her administrative duties include the Mathematics, Foreign Language, and Counseling departments and 10th -12th grade discipline (Last Name: A-F). 

Mrs. Overstreet is married to Jimmy, a fellow educator. They have two children, Madison and Landon. She enjoys reading, traveling and volunteerism.


Mr. Scott Stanton

Ninth Grade Discipline  

Scott Stanton, a native of Columbia, SC, is currently an Assistant Principal at Heritage High School in Conyers,   GA.  Mr. Stanton earned his Bachelor of Music in Music Education with a Percussion Performance Certificate at the University of South Carolina in 1994.  He also earned a Master of Music Education degree from VanderCook College of Music in Chicago, IL in 2002.  He earned a Specialist in Education in Educational Leadership degree from Georgia College and State University in 2011.  His administrative responsibilities at Heritage include the Academy for Performing and Visual Arts, ROTC, and 9th grade discipline.

Mr. Stanton has been a Georgia educator for over 24 years. Mr. Stanton has served as an Assistant Band Director and Band Director at Rockdale County High School, Band Director at Jasper County Middle and High School, and Band Director at Conyers Middle School spanning 18 years where his bands consistently received Superior and Excellent ratings in marching and concert performances.  Mr. Stanton also served 17 ½ years as the Orchestra Director and Percussionist at First Baptist Conyers.  In 2012, Mr. Stanton became a school administrator serving as an Assistant Administrator/Testing Coordinator at Rockdale County High School (Conyers), an Assistant Principal at Dutchtown High School (Hampton), and Rockdale Career Academy (Conyers).  He also served as the Interim CEO and Principal at Rockdale Career Academy.   Mr. Stanton has extensive knowledge in Response to Intervention, Section 504, Master Scheduling, School Safety, School Maintenance, Instructional Leadership across all curriculum areas, and Assessment.  Mr. Stanton is married to Holly, a preschool teacher in Conyers.  They have three children, Kayleigh, Carter, and Tyler, and a dog, Frito.
