Infinite Campus Parent Portal

Parents, if you have not already done so, please set up an Infinite Campus parent portal account (click here for directions). Parent Portal allows you to monitor your children's attendance and grades.  Click here to go to the Parent Portal, and be sure to download the free "Campus Parent" app for iPhone and Android in their respective app stores.
                                  Annual Student Updates

We ask that all parents (new and returning) please complete Annual Student Updates prior to the first day of school. This process allows parents to update contact information and sign school forms (such as the laptop checkout form) digitally. To get started, log into Parent Portal, click "More," then click "Annual Student Updates."

Students can access their grades, attendance, and unofficial transcript on Infinite Campus by logging into ClassLink and opening the Campus Student app.

Returning Students to RCPS

All students who were enrolled in an RCPS middle or high school last year may keep the laptop they were issued last year.  .

If you are a parent or student needing help with technology, please call Heritage's Technology Help Desk at 770-483-5428 and dial EXT. 27176.  Please leave a message and Intel will return your call to assist or schedule an appointment.

Parents and students will also be able to receive technical support from their school by filing a help desk ticket through the Incident IQ system.


                  Parents, Set Up Parent Portal!!

If you navigate to this link and use your student's birth-date and student ID# it will give you the GUID#, make sure you copy down the whole thing because this is what you need to create an account.

Next, you will go to this page HERE and choose 'New User.' This is where you need the long GUID# you copied down earlier, from here the setup will require you to create a username, password and ask for your email address and you will be done!
